1. Purpose

These terms of use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the websites coworkingavis.fr and coworkingavis.com ("CoworkingAvis" or "the Service"), published by Lëtz Pilot, 7 avenue du Swing, Belval, L-4362 Esch-sur-Alzette, Luxembourg (see the legal notice). Creating an account implies acceptance of the Terms. Simply browsing the website is subject to sections 6 to 12.

2. Description of the Service

CoworkingAvis lets you search and compare coworking spaces in France, Belgium and Luxembourg, publish verified reviews rated by criterion, read a blog of local tips and, for operators, manage their space's listing and reply to reviews. The Service is free for coworkers. Paid plans for operators will be governed by separate terms of sale when they launch.

3. User account

You agree to provide accurate information, to create only one account, to keep your password confidential and to tell us about any unauthorised use. You can delete your account at any time from "My account"; your reviews are then deleted.

4. Publishing reviews

A review can only be published if it relates to a real, personal experience in the space, proven by scanning the CoworkingAvis QR code on site (valid for 24 hours) or by a proof of visit checked by our team. By publishing a review you certify that:

• you actually used the space on the visit date indicated;
• you have no link with the space or a competitor (employee, manager, relative, supplier);
• you received nothing in return for the review;
• you comply with the content rules in section 6.

You remain the owner of your review and grant Lëtz Pilot, for as long as it is published, a non-exclusive, free licence to display it on CoworkingAvis (in all languages of the website) and in the "Verified review" badge embedded by operators. Only your first name and last-name initial are shown. Detailed rules on verification, ranking and refusal are set out in the review policy, which forms part of the Terms.

5. Space operators

An operator may claim the listing of their space once their link with it has been verified, complete the information (photos, prices, opening hours) and reply publicly to reviews. They guarantee that the information published is accurate and that they hold the rights to the photos uploaded. It is forbidden to write, or have written, reviews of one's own space or of a competitor, and to offer anything in exchange for a review. An operator cannot have a review that complies with the policy deleted; they may report it if they believe it does not comply.

6. Content rules

The following are prohibited in reviews, replies, space proposals and messages: illegal content; insulting, defamatory, discriminatory, hateful or threatening statements; personal data of third parties (an employee's name, phone number, etc.); advertising or promotional links; content unrelated to the space; content infringing third-party rights (copyright, image rights); fake or copied reviews and reviews written with a conflict of interest.

7. Content moderation

In accordance with Article 14 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on digital services (DSA), the following moderation rules apply:

• Who moderates: the Lëtz Pilot team. All decisions concerning a review or an account are taken by a person. Only automatic anti-spam filters (rate limits, an invisible trap field) may block a submission, without examining its content.
• Prior review: a review submitted with a proof of visit is only published after human verification. A review validated by QR code is published immediately but remains subject to sections 4 and 6.
• Subsequent review: any content may be examined following a report (section 8) or on our own initiative.
• Possible measures: refusal to publish, removal of a review or reply, correction of a listing and, in case of serious or repeated breaches, suspension or deletion of the account after a warning, except in urgent cases.
• Statement of reasons: every refusal or removal decision states its reasons (ground, rule concerned, means of redress) and is sent to the author by email when available.
• Appeal: you may contest a decision within 6 months by writing to contact@letzpilot.lu. Where possible, the appeal is reviewed by a person who did not take the initial decision. You keep the right to bring the matter before the competent courts.

8. Reporting content

Each review has a "Report" button. Any visitor, registered or not, can also report content by email to contact@letzpilot.lu. A report must identify the content concerned, explain why it is considered illegal or contrary to the policy, give a contact email address and include a statement of good faith. Reports are handled promptly, diligently and objectively; the notifier is informed of the decision if they left an email address. Manifestly unfounded reports submitted repeatedly may lead to the suspension of their processing for their author.

9. Ranking

In search results and city pages, spaces are ranked by the average rating of verified reviews (spaces without reviews come after), then alphabetically; selected filters narrow down the list without changing this criterion. On each listing, reviews are sorted from newest to oldest. No space pays to be ranked higher or to publish, hide or edit a review. Any paid promotion offered in the future will be clearly labelled "Featured" or "Sponsored".

10. Liability

For content published by users, Lëtz Pilot acts as a hosting provider and is only liable under the conditions laid down in the DSA (Article 6). Unclaimed listings are based on open data (OpenStreetMap, France Tiers-Lieux) and may be incomplete or inaccurate: check important information (prices, opening hours) with the space. Blog articles reflect their author's opinion at the time of writing. We strive to keep the Service available but cannot guarantee it; maintenance interruptions may occur.

11. Intellectual property

The elements of the website (brand, logo, design, texts, code, database) are protected. Any substantial extraction or reuse of the database or its reviews is prohibited without permission, subject to the open licences applicable to data from OpenStreetMap and France Tiers-Lieux.

12. Personal data

The processing of your data is described in the privacy policy and the cookie policy.

13. Changes to the Terms

The Terms may be amended to reflect changes in the Service or in the law. The applicable version is the one published on this page; in case of a significant change, a notice is displayed on the website before it takes effect.

14. Governing law and disputes

The Terms are governed by Luxembourg law. If you act as a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence and may bring proceedings before the courts of that country. Before taking any action, please contact us so that we can seek an amicable solution.
